Terms & Conditions

My Terms & Conditions

By booking any service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

 

Services Offered

I provide the following services:

 

  • Dreadlock extensions (installation, maintenance, and removals)

  • Creation and maintenance of natural dreadlocks

  • Eyebrow & Paraffin services

  • Music-related services

Payments

 

Eyebrow & Music Services

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Dreadlock Services

  • A £20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

 

Cancellations

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being kept.

  • If you wish to rebook after a late cancellation, a new deposit will be required.

No-Shows

 

  • Any missed appointments (no-shows) will result in your deposit being kept.

  • A new deposit will be required to secure any future booking.

 

Refunds & Hair Orders

  • There are no refunds on dreadlock extensions once they have been ordered.

  • If you are unable to attend your install appointment, we can:

    • Rearrange your installation date, or

    • Arrange for your hair to be posted to you

(Postage costs may apply.)

 

Removals

 

  • Dreadlock extension removals are charged at £20 per hour.

  • If your hair is very long, thick, or excessively matted, removal may take longer and therefore cost more.

    - I DO NOT TAKE REAL DREADLOCK REMOVAL BOOKINGS OR REQUESTS UNLESS THEY ARE DREADLOCKS I HAVE CREATED - please message me to discuss if this is you. 

 

Illness Policy

 

  • If you or anyone in your household is experiencing sickness, flu symptoms, or similar illness, please reschedule your appointment.

  • No fees will apply as long as 48 hours’ notice is given.

  • I work with vulnerable clients and aim to maintain a safe and healthy environment for everyone.

 

Safe Space to Work (Mobile Services)

If I am travelling to you for an install or any other service, you agree to provide:

 

  • A safe, clean, and well-lit working area

  • A suitable seating arrangement (ideally you seated comfortably lower down, with me seated slightly above you)

Please also ensure:

 

  • Excitable animals are secured to prevent damage to materials or injury

  • Your home is free from any kind of bug infestation

If a bug infestation is discovered during the appointment, I reserve the right to leave immediately, and no refund will be issued.

 * If I feel threatened or uncomfortable in any way while I am in your home, I reserve the right to leave at any time. I also do not condone drug use and while it is your house, I do reserve the right to leave if there are drugs being used in front of me. Or any illegal activity.

I will not work on someone who has been excessively drinking.

 

 

General

  • I reserve the right to refuse service if these Terms & Conditions are not met.

  • These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
